How We Protect Nagad Transactions

No Credential Storage

We never ask for your Nagad PIN, password or mobile number during the Cashin flow. You complete the entire send inside the official Nagad app, and we receive only a payment confirmation from the gateway once you authorize the transaction.

Gateway Encryption

Every Nagad transaction passes through an SSL-encrypted payment gateway that validates the merchant account and reference code before releasing funds to your balance. The gateway logs are stored for dispute resolution and comply with PCI standards for payment data.

Real-Time Reconciliation

Our backend polls the gateway every few seconds to catch incoming Nagad payments and credit them immediately. If a transaction is flagged for manual review due to a mismatch, support can release it after verifying your Nagad statement screenshot.

Duplicate Prevention

Each reference code is single-use and expires after fifteen minutes. If you accidentally send the same amount twice using an old reference, the second payment will be held in a reconciliation queue and credited once support confirms it was intentional.

Nagad Cashin Process on Jaya Com

Nagad Cashin is the fastest way to move Taka into your account without switching apps or waiting for bank hours. Tap the deposit icon in your lobby, choose Nagad from the wallet row, and we'll display the merchant number and your unique reference code. Open the Nagad app on your phone, select Send Money, paste the merchant number, enter the amount you

want to fund, type the reference code in the message field, and confirm with your PIN. Our payment gateway checks the transaction in real time and credits your balance within seconds so you can jump straight into Aviator, Baccarat Lightning or a BPL cricket market. We don't hold your Nagad credentials and we don't ask for OTP codes outside the Nagad app

itself, keeping every transfer secure and traceable through your own Nagad statement.

Team online

Transaction Status

If your Nagad send succeeded but the balance hasn't appeared in your account after two minutes, open live chat and share your Nagad transaction ID so we can trace the payment through our gateway and credit you manually if needed.

Reference Code Issues

Each deposit generates a unique reference code that ties your Nagad payment to your account. If you skipped the reference field or entered the wrong code, contact support with your Nagad transaction ID and we'll match it by amount and timestamp.

Minimum and Maximum

Nagad Cashin accepts deposits from 200 Taka up to 50,000 Taka per transaction. If you need to fund a larger amount, split it into multiple sends or use Bank Transfer from the same deposit menu for higher limits.

Nagad Cashin Glossary

What is a reference code?

A reference code is a short alphanumeric string we generate for each deposit so the payment gateway can match your Nagad send to your Jaya Com account without exposing your account number publicly.

What does instant credit mean?

Instant credit means your balance updates within seconds of your Nagad send being confirmed by the gateway, so you can start playing without waiting for manual approval or bank clearing times.

What is a merchant number?

The merchant number is the Nagad wallet ID registered to our payment partner. You send Taka to this number during Cashin, and the gateway routes the funds to your account based on the reference code you include.

What is a transaction ID?

A transaction ID is the unique identifier Nagad assigns to every send you make. You can find it in your Nagad app statement and share it with support if a deposit needs to be traced manually.

What is manual reconciliation?

Manual reconciliation happens when a Nagad payment reaches the gateway but the system cannot auto-match it to an account, usually because the reference code was missing or incorrect. Support reviews the transaction details and credits you once ownership is confirmed.

What is a deposit limit?

A deposit limit is the minimum or maximum Taka amount we accept per Nagad Cashin transaction. Ours is 200 to 50,000 Taka per send, and you can make multiple sends in one session if you need more.

Nagad Cashin FAQ

Most Nagad deposits appear in your account within ten to thirty seconds of confirmation in the Nagad app. If it takes longer than two minutes, open live chat with your Nagad transaction ID so we can check the gateway log.

You need a verified Nagad account to send money through the app, but we don't require a separate Nagad verification on Jaya Com. Just make sure the Nagad wallet is registered in your own name so withdrawals can be matched later.

You can send from any Nagad wallet, but when you request a withdrawal we'll ask you to verify ownership of the account that made the deposit. Using a family member's wallet may delay payout if the name doesn't match your KYC documents.

If you send Taka without including the reference code in the message field, the payment will reach the merchant account but our system won't know which player account to credit. Contact support with your Nagad transaction ID and the amount, and we'll match it manually.

Jaya Com does not charge a fee for Nagad deposits. Nagad itself may apply a small send-money charge depending on your wallet tier and the transaction amount, which you'll see in the Nagad app before you confirm.

Once you confirm a Nagad send in the app, the transaction is final and cannot be cancelled. If you need to reverse the deposit, the funds must be withdrawn back to your Nagad wallet after meeting any active bonus rollover requirements.
